10:07 am: Sign the petition!
ABC is cancelling Invasion after 1 season. I don't know how many of you watched this, but it is a great show! ABC must be on crack for cancelling this. I don't know if this will help it or not, but if any of you have time will you sign the petition please. Yes, I am a complete dork, but Wednesday was the only day I really watched TV with Lost and Invasion and I don't want to lose one of my favorite shows!

05:19 pm: I don't usually do this...
I read an article in the latest issue of Marie Claire. It focused on women and children around the world and going hungry. One of the women has a daughter 14 months old who weighs 8 pounds, 8 pounds! The woman does not have enough to eat to even produce milk for her little girl. Another told of how her son got thinner and thinner everyday until one day he didn't wake up. These stories really hurt to read and it is just wrong that there are people out there that don't have enough to feed their children. I know there have been many times that we were unable to go to the grocery store for a long time, but I never worried that my children would starve to death. This just should not be happening. I know too many times I get upset about something that I read or hear and I can't really do anything about it and I know I can't fix this problem by myself, but I can help. I can try to do what I can, give what I can give. We don't have a lot, but I am going to do what I can to help. I thought by just writing this if anyone wants to do anything they can. These are the websites that were mentioned to help:

www.crs.org
www.careusa.org
www.theirc.org
www.secondharvest.org

You know if we even give 5 dollars, that's 5 dollars more towards helping someone out. I know a lot of these organizations keep some of the money for the organization, but I hope that as much as I can do gets to the people that need it. I hope noone is offended by this post, it just really hit me hard and I want to help. I'm going to keep this public too, so that as many people as possible see it.

I got a scrapbook from the sitter's as a gift to do for Alex and I am clueless. On the sheets do you decorate both sides of the paper or one side and then put 2 pieces in each piece of plastic? What the heck are eyelets and how do you use them. Any other advice? Thanks peeps!

07:55 pm: My baby boy is sick...:(
He picked up what his sitter had. He started hacking last night while he was sleeping and it woke him up so we made a dr appointment ASAP this morning. He is on a steroid and he seems to be doing better already. I hate when my kids get sick.:( I'm so glad the dr was able to see him right away. Joe picks up almost everything so I don't mess around when he starts caughing or running a fever, etc. It has been a looong week and I'm so glad it's Friday!

01:24 pm: There are 2 new additions to the family! Thanks Brandi!:)
2 Hermit Crabs, Hermie and Shelly. lol Hayley named them. Hayley has been wanting a hermit crab forever and I kept putting it off and read about Trey's new hermit crab Eddie and Brandi said they weren't much trouble so we went out and got 2 today. I had to get one for Joe too, they live together though in Hayley's room. We went to Petco to get them and had the sweetest girl help us so they are living in style! lol I can't resist, I wanted them to be comfortable. I asked if they had any Bearded Dragons because I have been wanting one for awhile and they didn't, but a girl who works there breeds them and she was working so I talked to her and she has a 6 month old male that she is selling because she has too many males. She has 9 dragons!!! I am SO excited I told her that I wouldn't be able to get it for about a month and she was fine with that so, I am hopefully going to get one soon! :) I want to get the set up going first and then get him so hopefully I will have the money soon and I will go from there!

11:11 pm: OMG this was so scary!
My mom called me tonight and wanted to know if I wanted to go to Walmart tonight. I said sure and I would call her when I was ready. We ended up leaving about 10:20 and on the way there a navy blue pickup fell in behind us and followed us to Walmart. My mom said she thought we were being followed so we parked and just waited and watched the truck. He would circle around us in the lanes next to ours so like the lane we were parked in he would drive down the lane next to it and drive around to the other lane next to ours. I was watching him and he kept staring at us. So my mom acted like she was going to leave and he drove down our lane really fast and into the mall parking lot across the street and did a uturn and came back up so we drove off and lost him and went to my mom's to get my dad's cell phone since my sister is borrowing hers and I don't have one. We were gone for at least 20 minutes so we thought we would go back thinking he would have left. He was still there! He had his truck in an aisle facing the door, not even in a spot! He saw us and drove away, at this point we weren't positive it was the same person so we went to park and he came back on us again! I told my mom to stop and he stopped in the lane right next to us and just stared at us! I will never forget his face and it's not like he thought he knew us. So mom started driving and he got in our parking lane and I told mom to stop again and he stopped about 20 feet back and wouldn't come any closer. I got his licence plate number and called my dad to have him write it down. Mom started going and when he saw me on the phone he veered off and stayed in the lot while we left. I also called Walmart and the police and told them what I knew and the police were going to check on it. I know it was just a random thing and that he was probably just looking for someone else in the parking lot after we left, but it scared the shit out of me and I didn't want to read in the paper tomorrow that some woman had been abducted from Walmarts parking lot and not have tried to do anything about it so I hope the cops do check it out. It was freaky!

Geez I just read Natasha's Walmart adventure and there must be something about Walmart! Ugh!

08:39 pm: Yeah! This is great!
Sean and I talked tonight about what to do about our house. It's a 3 bedroom 1 bath and the kitchen is too small for me. I really want the kids to have their own rooms which they do now, but with a 3rd child Joe would have to share since Hayley would be 10 by the time the baby's would be born it would not be fair to her. SO anyway we decided that we are going to convert one of the rooms in the basement to Hayley's room. It already has carpet and a ceiling, it just needs drywall. This will work out perfect. It will be bigger than the one she has now, super good since she has so much stuff and then the baby can have her old room! Hayley is really excited and is already asking when her room will be ready! lol We are also going to put a bathroom in the basement, their is already a shower so we just need a toilet and a sink and close it off, so there's another bathroom and we are going to add on to our kitchen and build a garage so everything that I was concerned about will be taken care of!:D It will take awhile to do all of it, but we will do the most urgent stuff first and go from there. This is such a big weight off of my shoulders and I feel like I can breathe again!

We have also decided that we are no longer going to get anything we don't need. Like I don't NEED a magazine every time I go to the store and Sean doesn't NEED to buy lunch at work everyday he can take it from home (I already do that ;)) so that we can save as much money as possible to do our home improvements and for the new baby. All the money Sean makes from his 2nd job and all the money I make from e-bay will go into savings and the money from our regular jobs will pay the bills and also some will go into savings. I just know that things will get better once we get caught back up on things. Like our house payment got behind so we are paying a butt load of money each month to catch up and we put our credit card debt to a credit counselor so that we are saving on interest and will be paid off faster and we don't ever use credit cards anymore, so once all that is done we can really relax. I feel like we are on our way to a brighter future!:D

10:37 pm: Tenacious D
are hilarious! Sean and I just watched the Tenacious D DVD and it was so funny, some of it was kinda gross, but what do you expect with them. lol I love Jack Black, he always makes me laugh and the facial expressions he makes! I totally want to see them if they come around here again, they were here a while ago and we were short on cash (big surprise) so we didn't go, but next time....

08:02 pm: 10th Anniversary and Sean turning 30!
Both of these happen this year! On June 18th Sean and I will celebrate our 10th anniversary and on Sept. 12th Sean will turn 30! Now I want to have a party to celebrate our 10th anniversary, I want the works, a dance, dinner and all. When we got married we didn't have much of a reception and we have never had a honeymoon so I would like this to be special. I need to figure out where, when, who and all about how to plan this, I realize it is 6 months away, but it will fly by! I also want to throw Sean a surprise 30th birthday party and Hayley turns 10 this year, the double digits! It is going to be a busy year! If anyone has had any experience with either type of party I would love some advice, I have never thrown a party like these before, my experience is limited to kid's birthday parties! lol
